Our Student Housing pricing information may be found by clicking the link at the bottom of this page. You may notice that there are two payment options.
Clients usually opt to own their videos forever, at a single fee. This payment is cut in halves (50% deposit gets video prepared & created, you take ownership upon final 50% submission).
This is our production workflow:
1.Client picks video style
2. We invoice for 50% as a deposit.
3.Once deposit is received by us, we develop all logistics, write all necessary video scripts (w/ unlimited revisions by Client), when script is approved we film.
Our clients always have access to analytics on their videos. We also provide Search Engine Optimization on each video. Any student looking for an apartment in your market will find your video at the top of Google Search results. We actually post the finished product on Craigslist for our clients to get an initial boost of interest going.
