guide. Once we receive a 50% deposit on each video order– our expert writers draft scripts for each property based upon their
amenity lists. Client’s are always welcome to make changes to the script. We will send 3 to 4 of our TV Host options to our client to pick
their favorite to showcase the property. Each host is trained as an on-camera leasing guide, and know how to perfectly
flaunt amenity areas and finishes. Once host is approved and script approved, we film on a date of clients choice.Completed videos arrive to your inbox 3-5 business days later.

Silver Package/ Voice-Over Narrated full video tour($1,800): One Voice-Over video of any duration! We
write your scripts, and our professional voice-over artists record them.These enticing videos cover every amenity area, and the entire model apartment. All we need is a 50% deposit to film, client takes full ownership of video upon final 50% payment. Filming takes a half business day, first draft edits arrive to your inbox in 3-5 business days.

free HD Still photography. Examples of our photography are attached above. We will also include 1 free resident, or employee testimonial, in each video.
