That is why it’s imperative that property owners create virtual tours of a property as well as to include listing prices and be up front about additional fees in order to keep the lines of communication open. This will ensure that renters see the property without wasting the time of an owner and properties will likely be filled more quickly. Highlighting an apartment or property with a virtual tour saves time while also increasing efficiency and will less likely lead to delusions on either end of the renter/rentee spectrum.
